in the second week of September in our vineyards in the Valverde
estate. Fermentation controlled at a low temperature. The
wine is filtered and cold stabilised. |
| Characteristics |
| Brilliant
pale straw yellow colour. Very intense on the nose with pleasant
aromas of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, guava, passion
fruit. In the mouth it is big, smooth, persistent, a very
balanced wine with big retronasal aromas. |

recommended for aperitifs, fish and seafood. |
